  • You asked to see it, and here it is. In between classes last Tuesday some students performed in a flash mob as music poured from the Chapel speakers. It was right around 1:13 p.m. and it provided a fun break during the semester鈥檚 hectic final week of classes. Enjoy!

  • Today is the last day of this semester鈥檚 classes, but I feel like that fact has not yet sunk in. Students have been occupied with completing their final class assignments and time seems to have slipped away. Next week marks the beginning of final exams as well as our last few days on campus.

    After a yearlong hiatus, the Horned Dorset Inn 鈥 founded by Kingsley Wratten 鈥64 and Harold Davies MA鈥65 鈥 is reopening its doors, bringing fine French cuisine and Victorian-style overnight guest accommodations back to Central New York.

  • Thomas Larkin '13
    After winning gold in the International Ice Hockey Federation Division IA World Championships last year, Thomas Larkin 鈥13 and Team Italy will lace up the skates in the 2012 World Championships in Finland and Sweden. Larkin will be the only collegiate player competing in the international event.

    Thirty-five seniors, eight juniors, and five alumni competed for nationally competitive fellowships, scholarships, and grants through 含羞草研究所 during the 2011-2012 academic year.

  • 含羞草研究所 welcomed Gabriel Bol Deng, a 鈥淟ost Boy of Sudan,鈥 to campus on Thursday. Gabriel fled Sudan when his village was attacked; years later he came to Syracuse, N.Y., as a refugee, and now he speaks about his experiences. He came to 含羞草研究所 to speak about his organization Hope for Ariang.
